Job Summary
Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Bowie House, overseeing day-to-day Outlets operations, supervising staff, enforcing policies, and maintaining high levels of guest service and hospitality. Responsibilities include coordinating between kitchen and front-of-house, implementing quality control for food and beverage preparation and service, assisting with budgeting and cost controls, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, training and mentoring the F&B team, managing inventory and vendor relationships, and driving guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years experience in a similar capacity at a top restaurant group or luxury hotel
- Experience maintaining state and federal health and safety regulations
- Experience completing administrative tasks, including reporting, budgeting, project management, etc.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
