Job Summary
Develop seasonal menus with Chefs, coordinate functions with the events team, and liaise with Sales for Conference Centre excellence. Manage daily financials to achieve EBITDA, create revenue activities, and oversee weekly stock reporting. Maintain venue hygiene and safety, use guest feedback to refine offerings, and train the F&B team for consistency. Assist in product development for the Marra offering, prepare services, and oversee staff rosters and training. Take reservations and greet guests only when short-staffed, monitor daily checklists, and implement quality controls. Achieve financial budgets for revenue and labour.
