Assistant Food and Beverage Director - Potawatomi Inn - State Park Inns

Oversee purchasing, receiving, storage, and production of food for all food outlets at Potawatomi Inn and Indiana State Park Inns. Establish menu selections with quality and presentation in mind, and maintain cost controls of food production and outlet sales. Hire, train, and motivate staff; communicate effectively with departmental managers and subordinates. Role is exempt and involves supervisory responsibilities across Inns properties, with a focus on teamwork, guest satisfaction, and hotel profitability. Must work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays; may require uniform and standard operating procedures across venues including Lakeview Restaurant, Courtyard Café, and banquet spaces.
