Job Summary
Assistant Front of House (FOH) Manager responsible for overseeing daily FOH operations, shift management (open/close), and ensuring smooth guest experiences. Leads and mentors staff, enforces food safety, handles cash procedures, manages POS systems, and logs catering orders via the national app. Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD), communicates with Directors, and coordinates with upper management to maintain efficient restaurant operations in a high-volume Chick-fil-A environment.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work at least 30 hours per week
- Ability to train, mentor, and develop teams
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in high-volume environments
- Flexible schedule including days and/or nights, and weekends
