Job Summary
Assistant Fitness Manager (Personal Training Sales) at EōS Fitness leads a team to drive personal training sales while delivering an exceptional member experience. Responsibilities include leading daily sales initiatives, conducting welcome workouts for new members, guiding members into personal training programs, achieving sales targets for PT services and small group training, onboarding new members in collaboration with the membership team, coaching personal trainers, ensuring facility maintenance and safety compliance, and communicating goals and procedures to staff. The role requires 2-3 years of customer service, 1 year of sales, 1 year of supervisory experience, a valid Personal Training certification, CPR within 30 days, ability to lift 40+ lbs, and strong communication and organization skills. The position is hourly, located in North Las Vegas, NV, with evening/weekend availability and opportunities for commission/bonus as part of the compensation package.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- 1 year of sales experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Valid Personal Training certification
- CPR certification within 30 days of hire
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
- Ability to bend and lift more than 40 lbs
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Experience or strong interest in the fitness industry
