Assistant Fitness Director

Conduct complimentary Success Sessions with new and existing members while recommending and selling Personal Training programs based on individual goals. Build and manage your own training client base, generating leads through member engagement, referrals, and group training. Support the Fitness Director with department operations and trainer development to deliver an outstanding member experience that drives retention and recurring revenue.
