Job Summary
Engage with current or new members daily, guiding them through the CrunchONE Kickoff and addressing their questions or concerns. Assist clients with booking sessions and updating billing information while fostering a collaborative environment toward club goals. Assign personal trainers to clientele, setting and surpassing sales targets, and build the value of assigned trainers as subject matter experts to ensure a smooth, results-driven experience. This full-time, salaried exempt position includes sales commission eligibility. Candidates must have at least one year of management experience and two years of personal training experience with program design. CPR & AED certifications are required, along with a recognized personal trainer certification. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year management experience
- Minimum of 2 years' personal training experience with program design
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry
- CPR & AED certifications
- Must be able to adjust and operate all club equipment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and engage in physical activity, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer
- ACE Personal Trainer Certification
- The Cooper Institute Personal Trainer Certification
- IFPA Personal Fitness Trainer Certification
- NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, or Performance Enhancement Specialist
- NESTA Personal Fitness Trainer Certification
- NFPT Personal Fitness Trainer Certification
- NSCA Certified Personal Trainer or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
