Assistant Financial Controller

Job Summary
Lead the preparation of statutory financial statements under US GAAP and local GAAP, managing relationships with external auditors and tax advisors. Drive the monthly and quarterly closing processes for various international entities from start to finish. Support the bookkeeping function to maintain impeccable financial records and assist in the implementation of new systems and internal controls. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and global finance teams to provide actionable accounting insights. This role requires a CPA with Big 4 experience, in-depth knowledge of US GAAP, and proficiency in Priority ERP.
Required Qualifications
- CPA with Big 4 experience
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP
- hands-on experience with SOX compliance/auditing
- Proven track record auditing or working within publicly traded high-tech companies
- Exceptional English (written and spoken)
- High attention to detail
- ability to deliver under pressure
