Assistant Financial Controller

Support the preparation of Consolidated Group Annual Financial Statements in compliance with FRS102 and oversee subsidiary statutory accounts to ensure consistent accounting policies. Own the Group month-end process, develop consolidation and intercompany processes, and manage group audit relationships across all subsidiaries. Partner with IT and system stakeholders to enhance financial systems, reporting tools, and automation initiatives while acting as finance lead in system upgrades. Drive data integrity, implement new standards, and communicate complex financial issues to non-finance stakeholders. Requires 2+ PQE with Big 4 background, FRS expertise, and SAP knowledge.
