Assistant Financial Controller

Assistant Financial Controller position responsible for day-to-day management of the accounting office, including financial analysis and reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, and working capital/cash control. Key activities include leading the accounting team, ensuring accurate P&L and balance sheet, maintaining SOPs/LSOPs compliance, delivering timely financial reports and presentations to management, and fostering transparent communication, performance appraisal, and open collaboration across the team. Requires a 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required. Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
