Assistant Financial Controller

Manage month-end reporting, cash flow, and fixed asset management for JCB's manufacturing facility. Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and product cost analyses while overseeing inventory and warranty cost tracking. Handle year-end book closings, monitor intercompany balances, and liaise with external and internal auditors for government and defense compliance. Work in an office or occasionally on the factory floor, subject to noise and temperature changes.
