Job Summary
As the Assistant Financial Controller, you will play a key role in accounting, reporting, and business partnering for various properties within the Accor Apartments & Realty Strata hub portfolio. Responsibilities include business partnering with property General Managers to provide financial guidance, managing annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, implementing risk controls, and developing a finance team. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication abilities to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting and/or Finance or Commerce
- CA or CPA qualifications is a plus
- Proven track record and strong understanding of management accounting
- Strong leadership in addition to attention to detail, accuracy and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills across a wide-range of stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure within tight time frames
- A can do attitude
