Job Summary
Assist the Finance Manager at Bakery 41 in Wakefield by managing site finances, including variance analysis and balance sheet reporting, supporting capital expenditure, forecasting, and budgeting, and deputising in the Finance Manager’s absence. Collaborate across a network of bakeries and depots, drive continuous improvement in financial processes, and communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance colleagues. Will have line management responsibilities for a small team of two and play a key role in developing team members and supporting day-to-day site operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting budgets
- Variance analysis experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Line management ability
- Deputise for site leadership
- AAT or CIMA or equivalent studying/qualification preferred
- Desire to develop professionally in accounting/finance
