Job Summary
Review employee expense reimbursement claims for authenticity and compliance, input accounting journal entries in SAP, and respond to global inquiries. Prepare periodic expense reports for senior management and provide documentation to internal and external audits. Optimize reimbursement processes by proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen risk controls while supporting team knowledge sharing. This Assistant Finance Manager role requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, minimum five years of relevant experience, and strong data analysis skills. The position is based at CITIC CLSA, an award-winning investment bank facilitating cross-border capital flows across 13 countries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or above degree of finance or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a sizable company
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Strong data analysis skills and with attention to details

Desired Qualifications
