Assistant Finance Manager (AP/ PTP)

Job Summary
Lead and develop a team overseeing end-to-end PTP and FinOps processes across all 13 regional markets. Drive standardization of policies, workflows, and controls to eliminate regional inconsistencies while strengthening internal documentation for IPO-level audit readiness. Identify and implement automation opportunities, including AI tools and RPA, to reduce manual processing and improve accuracy. Monitor PTP metrics and controls, proactively flagging risks or gaps to leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional finance stakeholders to support broader transformation initiatives. Requires proven supervisory experience in Accounts Payable within a multi-market shared services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience in Accounts Payable, with prior experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity
- Experience driving process standardization and/or automation in a multi-market or shared services environment
- Solid understanding of internal controls and audit requirements
- Adept at navigating ERP systems and specialized accounting platforms
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume shared services environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience preparing finance processes for IPO or audit readiness
- Track record of driving process automation or standardization projects (e.g., RPA, OCR-based invoice processing)
