Assistant Finance Controller

Ensure compliance with external regulations, including regulatory monitoring, reporting, and statutory filings, while collaborating with the Accounting Operations team on accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and expense management. Implement robust internal controls and coordinate with internal and external auditors to oversee the audit process, ensuring timely completion and implementation of recommendations. Drive accounting close, perform account reconciliations, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP. Conduct variance analysis to support strategic decision-making and provide accurate financial insights to management and stakeholders. This role supports global finance operations within a rapidly evolving Fintech environment, reporting to the APAC Regional Controller.
