Assistant Finance & Administration Manager

Job Summary
Oversee accounting, financial, tax, and administrative activities while ensuring compliance with Brazilian regulations. Coordinate monthly closing and reporting, prepare management statements including P&L and Balance Sheet, and monitor cash flow and treasury routines. Supervise accounts payable and receivable, liaise with banks and external auditors, and support budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. Contribute to process improvements and act as the primary contact between the local operation and international stakeholders. This full-time on-site role in Santos, SP, requires a Bachelor's in Accounting with strong BR GAAP and IFRS knowledge, fluent English, and experience in multinational environments. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards (BR GAAP)
- IFRS knowledge
- Solid understanding of Brazilian tax legislation
- Previous experience in accounting, finance and financial reporting
- Experience with budgeting, cash flow and financial analysis
- Advanced Excel
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
