Job Summary
Coordinate mechanical HVAC installations and maintenance across multiple jobsites throughout the NYC area, moving and loading construction materials, equipment, and tools while driving large cargo vans and sprinters. Execute loading and offloading tasks, maintain vehicles through diligent cleaning, and handle physical demands including lifting up to 60 lbs regularly. Adhere to site safety protocols, including SST 40 Worker card requirements, and follow strict directions while working as a reliable team member. Work Monday through Friday with variable hours based on project needs, including overtime and flexibility for after-school schedules on public construction projects. Required Qualifications

- a car or reliable method of transportation to various jobsites
- Site Safety Training SST 40 Worker card
- OSHA 30 issued within the last 5 years
- willingness to acquire SST 62 Supervisor card
- basic Mechanical HVAC background / MEP trade experience & knowledge
- basic construction experience & knowledge
- reliable and responsible
- Must be comfortable driving large cargo vans / sprinters when needed
- Must be comfortable driving in NYC, all 5 boroughs, and go to multiple jobsite locations
- Must be able to follow directions and work as a member of a team
- Must be able to move up to 60 lbs on a regular basis
- Must be diligent about cleaning and maintaining the vehicles
- Must be comfortable moving, loading, and off loading construction materials, equipment, tools, etc...
