Job Summary
Assist Farm Manager in maximizing Grow Out Farm productivity and profit by planning, organizing, directing, and controlling activities in the brood/grow facility; assist with training, environmental monitoring, sanitation, biosecurity, inventory, and safety; ensure poultry health and livability, record-keeping, and adherence to company policies; perform vaccination activities and support farm operations with maintenance, feed coordination, and problem-solving to meet customer specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Good work history - stability with previous employment or internal position (1 year minimum)

- Must possess the ability to work effectively and efficiently without supervision
- Valid driver license with good vehicle operating records
- Good physical condition (eye and respiratory protection)
- Able to twist, stoop, bend, squat, lift, and carry at least 50 pounds
- Willing to work 7 days/week up to 2 weeks at a time
- Four years of poultry experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
