Assistant FAP Controller

Assistant Regional Controller supports the Regional Controller in managing finance activities within Ferrero Asia Pacific Region, and facilitates coordination between sub-regions and the central APAC-MEA Area team. Responsibilities include reconciliation between SAP P&L and Group data server reports, maintaining standard cost of SKUs, participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system improvements, consolidating and preparing weekly sales reports with variance analysis, preparing monthly actual and forecast P&L reports with adjustments from cluster review meetings, supporting the Head of Controlling/Regional Controller with periodical reporting and ad hoc requests, analyzing functional reporting to identify gaps and initiating adjustment actions, acting as regional super user for Power Query and Group data servers, building and amending templates for data collection and maintaining systems for cluster inputs, consolidating and reviewing submitted data for completeness and quality, and conducting ad-hoc analyses as required by business needs. Key skills include strong analytical ability, collaboration across teams, and proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, with Power Query required and Power BI/HFM/Essbase as preferred.
