Assistant Manager, Fairmont Gold at Fairmont Singapore/Swissôtel The Stamford leads VIP guest planning and service, rosters optimization, guest issue resolution, and maintains Executive Club standards; collaborates with Revenue, Reservations, Sales, and Front Office to maximize occupancy and revenue, while coaching and evaluating staff to ensure service excellence consistent with LQA standards and hotel operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum GCE “A” Level
- University Degree Preferred
- Minimum 4 years of luxury hotel experience, preferably in Front Office
- Knowledge of Opera System and related subsystems
