Assistant Facility Operations Leader

Assist the Facility Operations Manager in delivering clean, functioning facilities by maintaining locker rooms, fitness floors, and common areas while responding to member feedback with urgency. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and counseling to team members, serve on the Safety Committee to ensure OSHA compliance, and coordinate staff schedules. Support monthly and annual budget recommendations and assist with recruiting and interviewing for the Operations department. Work the opposite schedule of the manager, requiring flexibility to meet business needs.
