Job Summary
Assistant Facility Manager - Security Services in Bangalore leads security operations at a manufacturing facility, supervising access control, surveillance, and patrols; manages security personnel, schedules, and performance; conducts security audits and risk assessments; ensures compliance with security protocols and safety regulations; implements manufacturing-specific security measures including perimeter security, material gate management, and asset protection; coordinates visitor and contractor access; oversees CCTV and incident documentation; develops emergency response procedures, drills, and crisis management; trains and mentors security staff to high standards; liaises with service providers and regulatory bodies; preferred background includes ex-servicemen with leadership experience and knowledge of security systems and ISO standards.
Required Qualifications
- Retired or veteran from Armed Forces, Paramilitary Forces, or Central Police Organizations
- Minimum 5-7 years of total experience in manufacturing facility security or facility management
- Strong understanding of manufacturing unit security requirements
- Knowledge of security systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, and intrusion detection
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and crisis management abilities
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages (Kannada preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and security management software
