Job Summary
Oversee daily site operations by monitoring workflows, identifying bottlenecks, implementing process improvements, and ensuring service level agreements and performance targets are met. Direct on-site staff through scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring while conducting regular meetings, coaching, and mentoring to build team capability. Act as the primary liaison between operations, senior management, clients, vendors, and service providers to handle escalations and maintain strong relationships. Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations by conducting regular inspections, maintaining documentation, and implementing corrective actions. Manage site resources including equipment, supplies, and budgets while monitoring inventory and coordinating maintenance activities. Prepare regular operational reports, track key performance indicators, and provide insights based on site performance data.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years in operations management or facility management
- at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing operations independently
- Self-assured decision-maker who can handle pressure and resolve issues without constant oversight
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical abilities with a practical, solutions-oriented approach
- Understanding of operational processes, safety protocols, and relevant industry regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
- Autonomous working style with ability to take initiative
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail with quality focus
- Adaptability to changing priorities and dynamic environments
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational management software
- Customer service orientation
