Job Summary
Assist Facility Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of a facility including supervising soft services such as kitchen, café and pantry, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations. Manage budgets, supervise staff and vendors, and coordinate projects like renovations and maintenance to keep the facility up and running. Key duties include operations management during peak hours, staff scheduling and performance reviews, quality control of cleaning standards, maintaining stock levels, delivering high standards of customer service, enforcing hygiene and safety regulations, cost control and administrative tasks such as procurement and vendor management. Strong leadership and communication skills, plus experience in housekeeping/soft services, food service, casual dining, or hotel settings, and knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards are required.
