Assistant Facility Manager responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations, assisting with managing warehouse associates, dispatch routes, and delivery drivers; collaborate with the Facility Manager to plan and adjust staffing and schedules to meet operational objectives; manage inbound/outbound loading and unloading, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold productivity, customer service, and safety standards; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; provide professional customer and supplier relations; communicate objectives, policies, procedures, and safety methods; optimize routes based on schedules, traffic, and alternate routes; load/unload products by load size; maintain professional appearance and company image; perform related duties as assigned.
