Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound truck loading and unloading while maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy. Assist warehouse associates and dispatch routes to support delivery drivers, adjusting staffing schedules to meet operational demands. Maintain daily productivity, customer service, and safety standards by communicating policies and procedures to employees. Apply knowledge of customer schedules and traffic volume to optimize route efficiencies. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and basic computer programs
