Job Summary
Assistant Facility Administrator role to support overall operations, program compliance, and staff development at a secure youth residential facility. Responsibilities include supervising facility staff, acting as Facility Administrator designee, ensuring youth and staff safety, supporting the program’s therapeutic model, ensuring compliance with health, fire, and safety codes, assisting with licensing, accreditation, and contract compliance, participating in recruiting and onboarding, and aiding with budgeting and purchasing. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required to guide staff and maintain a therapeutic environment for youth in care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social or behavioral sciences
- Minimum of three years’ experience working with at-risk youth and families
- At least two years of supervisory experience
