Job Summary

Assistant Facilities Manager to support the Facilities Management Team across 15 dermatology locations in SC and NC. Responsibilities include coordinating repairs with outside vendors, processing and tracking maintenance requests, maintaining databases for maintenance, service contracts, leases, assets, and supplies, ordering equipment and supplies, traveling to sites to meet vendors and inspect facilities, and assisting the Facilities Manager with project management. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and proficiency in managing workflows and improving efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of facilities experience preferred
  • Experience in space planning, and all facets of property operation and building management
  • Communication Proficiency (oral and written)
  • Customer Focused (internal and patients)
  • Well-versed in facilities management best practices
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical/critical thinking
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CFM, FEM) will be an advantage
