Job Summary
Support the Facilities Manager in the operation of the Maintenance Department by monitoring equipment systems, controlling budgets, and managing spare parts inventory. Coach and develop the Facilities team while ensuring all Associates and Porters are adequately trained, equipped, and engaged. Delegate tasks and follow up on their completion while maintaining safety, health, and environmental policies and federal regulations. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years maintenance experience
- at least 1 year of recent supervisor experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills

- A high level of self-awareness
- Receptivity to change
- Integrity
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
- Ability to stoop and bend
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down ladders and stairs
- Knowledge of city, county, state, and federal regulations relating to the maintenance department
- Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
