Assistant Facilities Manager-NEW GRAD

Job Summary
Conduct daily energy usage reviews to identify best practices and operational modifications for client accounts. Collaborate with facility operators, subcontractors, and the EPC team to coordinate engineering construction management and troubleshooting efforts. Manage the day-to-day work of the onsite O&M team while assisting in maintaining the Plant Operating Manual and attending operator training sessions. Review energy data daily to guide facility efficiency improvements. This role supports the Assistant Asset Manager in implementing energy strategies across various facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to learn processes, personnel management skills, and best practices
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Well-versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
- 5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location
- Climbing stairs
- Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering)
- 0-2 years of experience
