Job Summary
Coordinate on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with remote support services while reviewing daily energy usage to guide best practices and operational modifications. Manage and direct the day-to-day work of the onsite O&M team, working with operators, subcontractors, and the EPC team to implement Engineering Construction Management and maintain the Plant Operating Manual. Attend ongoing facility operator training and assist the Asset Manager in implementing energy strategies for client accounts. Requires a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering) and 0-2 years of experience, with 5-10% of time spent traveling.

- Willingness to learn processes, personnel management skills, and best practices
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Well-versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
- 5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location
- Climbing stairs
- Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds
