Job Summary
Collaborate with the Asset Manager to review energy usage and implement best practices for client accounts. Work directly with facility operators, subcontractors, and the EPC team to coordinate engineering construction management and oversee on-site troubleshooting. Manage the day-to-day work of the onsite O&M team while assisting in maintaining the Plant Operating Manual and reviewing daily energy usage to guide operational modifications. Attend ongoing training for facility operators and coordinate with remote support services. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 0-2 years of experience, and willingness to travel 5-10% of the time.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Well-versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
- 5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location
- Climbing stairs
- Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds
