Assistant Facilities Manager

Job Summary
Establish and maintain a safety-first culture by promoting safe work practices, timely training, and operating best practices. Execute operations and maintenance plans to ensure assets, equipment, elevators, fire life safety systems, HVAC, and lighting function effectively. Monitor supply inventory, order supplies, and create records of completed work while maintaining asset management and life cycle tracking. Perform building inspections and regularly assess facilities to ensure cleanliness and functionality. Adhere to all Critical Environments procedures, JLL operational audit programs, and Health and Safety, Environment, and Risk Management policies. Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring and improving customer experience survey results and driving continuous improvement through data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or a related corporate environment
- Experience coordinating vendors and service providers with a focus on service quality and responsiveness
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Comfort working in CMMS platforms
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant
- Experience managing multiple property sites
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis
- Experience managing budget responsibilities

- Must have strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Office

- The ability to access, analyze and utilize data to drive continuous improvement is a must
