Assistant Facilities Manager

Job Summary
Oversee on-site facilities operations for multiple client sites, including Taichung and surrounding areas, with responsibilities spanning customer-site management, resolving high-value issues, team attendance and turnover KPI management, daily operations per SOW, team organization optimization, payment requests, and spending controls. The ideal candidate will have extensive facilities, project, administration, and general management experience; demonstrated leadership and experience managing an international business; relevant facilities/property/real estate qualifications; and strong people, diversity, and cultural relationship skills to attract and develop staff as the business grows. Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in facilities management / project management / administration management / general management
- Strong leadership with proven business acumen and experience of successfully managing an international business
- Relevant Facilities / Property / Real Estate qualification
- Strong people management, diversity management and cultural relationship skills to attract and develop professional staff in line with the growth of the business
- Strong drive and persistence to achieve results
- Creative thinking balanced with practicality
