Job Summary
Role delivery focuses on health facilities and designated financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset and vendor management programs, oversight of catering, linen and waste management services, and ensuring service delivery meets governance and client expectations. Responsibilities include building inspections and reporting within governance timelines, ensuring regulatory and contract compliance, managing information for senior management analysis, coordinating with facilities vendors, supporting projects within budget, maintaining 24-hour help desk performance against KPIs, and promoting teamwork and continuous improvement across the portfolio. Proficiency in MS Office is expected, with experience in data analysis and reporting to stakeholders, and a focus on safe, compliant facilities operations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a similar role in a corporate real estate environment
- Experience with Office Relocations, Defects Management and Contract Amendments and Management would be highly desirable
- Demonstrated aptitude for interpretation and analysis of numerical data with ability to extract into clear reports
