Job Summary
Senior-level facilities leadership role overseeing assigned sites within the account, managing cross-functional relationships with landlords and third parties, and leading a team of Facility Management professionals to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, budget adherence, and timely reporting; responsibilities include relationship management, compliance, process management, budgeting, and staff development across on-site Tokyo facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 8+ years of experience in facility management or related field
- Strong leadership and relationship building skills
- experience managing teams and budgets
- knowledge of Excel and data analysis
- excellent communication and presentation skills
