Assistant Facilities Engineer

Assist the Facilities Manager in delivering services to operate and maintain the property, including technical and maintenance work, procurement, assets and vendor management, to ensure a high standard of service and energy-conscious operations. Provide comprehensive facility, critical environment management and technical services, support preventive maintenance programs, and drive continuous improvement. Responsible for site facilities operation (including Cleanroom) and for coordinating with contractors/vendors from initiation to completion, while ensuring adherence to client SLAs, KPI targets, and safety/compliance requirements (EHS, regulatory standards). Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, and contribute to engineering, documentation, and reporting efforts within a semiconductor/manufacturing/cleanroom environment. Lead or support planning for M&E scope, energy-saving initiatives, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
