Job Summary
Maintain a safe, positive learning environment for preschool children aged 2-5 by supporting classroom teams and modeling respect in relationships with students, families, and colleagues. Develop positive communication with staff and implement lesson plans to promote curiosity and social-emotional well-being while utilizing research-based strategies to guide student behavior. Keep the classroom clean, safe, and organized throughout the day and aftercare. Work part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday following the 26-27 school year calendar at a starting rate of $15.09/hour.
