Job Summary
Oversee daily F&B operations in collaboration with the F&B Manager; lead and manage the F&B department, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high levels of service. Monitor guest feedback and promptly address concerns to sustain guest satisfaction. Review financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability. Ensure the hotel meets quality standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and guest safety through regular inspections; ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and lead staff training on emergency procedures. Communicate operational performance to senior management through regular reports on guest satisfaction, financial results, and metrics. Maintain inter-department coordination to ensure a seamless guest experience and operational efficiency; act as Duty Manager to ensure smooth operations across departments.
