Assistant F&B Manager

Assist the F&B Manager to plan and execute operations for the assigned outlet, ensuring statutory hygiene standards and quality control are maintained across all areas. Supervise the team to enforce uniform and hygiene protocols while controlling outlet performance within agreed budgetary limits and legal parameters. Organize sales promotions, events, and food festivals to drive revenue, and ensure high standards of service delivery, safety, security, and compliance with organizational policies. Continuously delight customers by offering trend-setting and innovative products and services. This role supports the Pullman Chennai Anna Salai's diverse dining venues and banquet spaces, requiring a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and minimum two years of relevant experience.
