Job Summary
Oversee daily management of all Food & Beverage outlets, including Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Banqueting operations, while ensuring compliance with brand standards and HACCP regulations. Monitor departmental performance to control costs and maximize revenue, assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Lead and develop F&B teams to foster engagement and operational excellence. Requires minimum two years of supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, fluency in Portuguese and English, and strong leadership skills. Full-time role in Lisbon.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within Food & Beverage operations
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
- Solid understanding of F&B operations, service standards, and guest experience management
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and team development skills
- Resilient, proactive, and results-oriented professional, capable of thriving in a demanding, fast-paced, and highly operational environment
