Job Summary
Support the Experience Centre Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team while driving sales performance through financial, service, and customer experience targets. Deliver an exceptional customer journey by leading consultative sales conversations, resolving enquiries, and overseeing daily operations including merchandising standards, rostering, stock management, and reporting. Collaborate with the Culinary Team to deliver engaging demonstrations and events, build relationships with local business partners and Chartered Agents, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Work alongside the Centre Manager to ensure operational excellence and premium brand representation.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated retail leadership experience in a customer-focused environment
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen with experience achieving sales and customer service targets
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in premium retail, luxury goods, appliances, interiors or home furnishings
- Experience leading consultative sales teams
- Relevant business or retail qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems
