Job Summary
Assist in overseeing the Club Lounge operations, manage shift assignments for team members, represent the Club Lounge in meetings, ensure opening/closing procedures and documentation are completed, maintain cleanliness and stock levels, communicate professionally with colleagues, take and execute guest orders, resolve issues/complaints with Manager escalation, upsell and drive daily sales, stay informed about daily and upcoming business for the department and resort, handle monetary transactions during shifts, and uphold service standards while potentially performing various tasks as needed. Requires proven experience in a luxury/high-volume hospitality environment and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in an Assistant Manager role
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality/F&B environments
- Qualification in Hospitality Management/F&B preferred
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Experience in all aspects of restaurant and banquet service
- Knowledge of menu, breakfast, evening, wine list & bar menu
- Flexibility and multi-skilling to cover various tasks as needed
