Assistant Executive Housekeeper - Hilton Garden Inn GR

Assist the Executive Housekeeper with overall housekeeping and laundry department operations, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction. Greet guests, train team members, and hold staff accountable to performance standards. Manage daily tasks by printing task sheets, assigning rooms, collecting lost items, and entering clean rooms into the computer system. Clean rooms, public areas, and assist with laundry; inspect due-out rooms for cleanliness and safety issues, reporting maintenance or special room concerns immediately. Address team member issues professionally and communicate with the front desk regarding early or late checkouts. Put away deliveries, organize storage rooms, and follow all Suburban Inns processes. Requires Hazcom and Bloodborne Pathogen training, six months of experience, and ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
