Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Oversee daily shift operations for Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry, ensuring guestrooms and public spaces are clean and well-maintained. Communicate guest room status to the Front Desk, coordinate with Engineering on maintenance needs, and supervise the general cleaning schedule. Manage inventory, order supplies and uniforms, and lead inspections to hold staff accountable for corrective actions. Participate in cost management by tracking controllable expenses, reviewing budgets, and monitoring payroll progress to meet financial goals. Handle guest complaints, supervise staffing levels, and conduct training for new room attendants while administering disciplinary procedures and performance appraisals.
