Job Summary
Assist the Executive Housekeeper in daily operations and budget preparation for the department; oversee performance to maintain a consistent standard of cleanliness across guest accommodations, public areas, and hotel facilities in line with guest expectations; resolve guest complaints within your authority. Lead and develop housekeeping staff, cultivate rapport with guests and colleagues, and maintain calm, courteous service while ensuring high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of similar experience
- Written and verbal communication skills in English
- Service oriented with a meticulous eye for details
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Able to develop rapport with colleagues and management staff
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- Attention to details and high cleanliness standards
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Ability to promote positive relations with all guests and patrons
