Job Summary
Assist Executive Director in the day-to-day operations of a Miami-based senior living community (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care), supporting departmental activities and helping achieve sales and revenue goals through market planning, business development, lead generation, and inquiry waitlist management. Contribute to budget development and management, expense control, and regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal standards. Drive safety and quality initiatives, coordinate building maintenance, and maintain strong communication with residents, families, and staff. Facilitate staff development and retention of department heads, aiming for high resident, family, and employee satisfaction. Must have at least two years of experience in senior living operations management, knowledge of HR standards, basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word), and the ability to obtain licensure as a Florida administrator for assisted living.
