Job Summary
Assistant Executive Director coordinates and manages office functions and assists in the overall operation of the community in accordance with resident needs, government regulations and internal policies. Works with the Executive Director to plan all aspects of community operations, set priorities and assign jobs, build internal/external partnerships, and promote the values of Koru Health. Responsibilities include enhancing resident care and satisfaction, supporting occupancy/marketing efforts, assisting in revenue and budget management, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with Wisconsin DHS 83/89 guidelines and related regulations, maintaining quality and safety of facilities, and performing other duties as assigned. This role is a professional development position for someone aiming to become an Executive Director.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Nursing
- Previous Assisted Living (RCAC or CBRF) experience desired
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Healthcare Administration certification or RN licensure as appropriate
