Job Summary
Assist in coordinating all event logistics across pre-, during-, and post-event phases for property events, ensuring seamless turnover from sales to service and back to sales. Manage group room blocks and meeting spaces for average to large groups; collaborate with Sales and property departments to ensure high-level service, accuracy in billing, and up-selling opportunities to enhance revenue. Lead and participate in pre- and post-event meetings, support the sales process, and communicate event details clearly to customers and operations teams. Foster exceptional guest service, mentor hourly staff, and drive continuous improvement in event execution and customer experience, leveraging current trends in event management and design to deliver outstanding events.
